Dawn helped us choose appropriate coverage when we were house shopping, and we chose a bundled plan (home and auto) for the best discount. We have priced competitors yearly since we began using AAA, but they consistently offer the best coverage at the best price. Dawn and her office are very timely with sending over documents (renewals, new cards) and whenever we have a question, her office is very responsive. The only issue we’ve run into is some confusion over a recent change in the fire rating system for St. Johns County. Since our fire rating improved, we thought this would decrease our rates, but when we contacted the office they had no knowledge of the change and, once we finally got the change in place, it didn’t affect our rates at all. Even with that hiccup, Dawn’s team has served our needs well and we recommend them to our friends.
