I didn’t select this agent. The agent I originally selected sold his clients to to this agent. While he seems fine, he never reached out to me or talked to me personally. I receive christmas cards and such, but never even received a letter explaining how he was my current agent instead of my original agent. I just started getting mail from him. I had to call him to get my auto insurance added to my homeowners policy. He never contacted me with any info on how I could be saving money. He just maintained the policy. I have never spoken directly to him. He never contacted me regarding plans or deals or offerings. I was never given the option of whether I wanted him to be my agent. My policy was just transferred to him without my consent. I would think that at the bare minimum, he would have reached out to me personally. As a side note, the building pictured on his website is not his office.
