Chris explained everything in detail and we had no questions or concerns when purchasing the policy, Are premium ended up being less than originally quoted which was great. Even with the policy being less expensive it offered the same features and benefits. Before we signed anything he basically went over the coverage policy line by line. He explained who and what is actually covered and the limitations and exclusions that apply. When are coverage begin and ends and how much coverage this policy is providing. We discussed the premium and how and when it could possible increase or decrease. Finally he explain to us the process of filing a claim. This is a small agency with only a few employees and we never felt pressured or bombarded with information it was overall a pleasant experience.
