Charles was awesome! He was able to answer any questions I had completely and in a way that made sense to me. He found me a great policy and sent off all of the information that was needed by the company I was contracting for. The entire process could not have gone any smoother. Charles talked to me to find out what my needs were, he then found a policy that was affordable and would work for my business. After we agreed on the policy Charles helped me to setup automatic payments. Even after the policy was in place Charles sent follow-up emails to make sure that everything was going well and if there was anything else he could do to help. Overall, Charles was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
