Farm Bureau has passed us around to three agents in the time we’ve been with them. The first agent was Bernie Sones and the second agent was Scott Shrader. Branigan is the latest agent, and my only experience with him is that you can never get in touch with him via telephone.We recently purchased an RV, and wanted Farm Bureau to insure it because they were the cheapest and offered the best coverage. We would have liked to manage this process online, but Farm Bureau is behind the times in that department. We tried calling Branigan to get coverage, but he wasn’t available. We talked to some other person who may or may not have been an agent and had the RV added to our policy. So we got coverage without speaking to our agent, but it wasn’t exactly convenient.
